Xavier Murphy, PMP, Senior ITProject Manager, ITD PMO, Jackson Health Systems is the Senior Project Managerof the Jackson Health Systems (JHS) Information Technology Division (ITD) PMO.Upon joining JHS 3 years ago and Xavier was tasked with establishing the ITD PMOat Jackson Health Systems and engaging the stakeholder community in this largescale change initiative. In his position he is responsible for managing theInformation Technology Division projectportfolio and strategic projects.

Prior to joining Jackson Health System Xavier was the Senior IT Project Manager at NovaVision. At Novavision Xavier established a Project Management Office that served the USA and Germany offices. Xavier has also worked at Unicity International Inc where he established a PMO that served 11 countries ( USA , Canada , Japan , Macau , Venezuela , Hong Kong , Taiwan , Malaysia , Singapore , Philippines , Thailand ). Xavier has also taught Project Management at the Art Institute of and a career spanning over 20 years project management experience leading large to medium scales projects with budgets ranging from $100,000 - $35 million.

Ramses Maldonado, PMP, Senior Project Manager - Verizon.With over 12 years experience in the planning and execution of large scale, complex technology projects on behalf of Fortune 500 organizations. Ramses is keen to share his insights gained from his recent involvement in the creation and implementation of the Strategic Project Management Office at Verizon, designed to oversee the company's large project portfolio for US national and multination clients.

Roy Vincent, PMP, PMO Manager, AvMed Health Plans. Roy is a highly regarded Project Manager and certified PMP with extensive project and portfolio management experience who is currently leading the PMO at AveMed Health Plans. Prior to this role, was responsible for the establishment and leadership of a Project Management Office (PMO) for a $2 billion company in the cruise line industry, and is keen to share his experience leading initiatives across several industries including: travel, staffing, accounting, finance, and and "Big 4" consulting firm Ernst & Young. In addition to being a valued member of the PMI Board in his role as Director of Administration, Roy is a Mentor for MBA candidates at the University of Miami.

Jim Parnitzke - Independent Management Consultant, Author & Techno-preneur. Jim is a respected Practitioner with extensive Executive experience gained from Fortune 500 organizations, coupled with leadership experience at the "Big Four" Price Waterhouse Coopers leading complex technology architecture, BI and integration programs across a broad range of industries.
